The man accused of robbing a beauty supply store in Batavia was arrested after allegedly trying to rob a CVS pharmacy in the Village of Owego.
According to State Police, deputies with the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an armed robbery at a CVS Pharmacy. When deputies got there they found John Malowsky, 62, of Attica, leaving the store with a bag.
