Town Board Approves Irondequoit Library Plans
After ten years of looking into building a new library, the Irondequoit Town Board passed a resolution authorizing the construction of a new facility.
The proposed 60,000 square foot library will cost $13 million.
There are plans for what to do with the new space, including study and meeting space for kids and teens.
The adoption of the building plans is subject to voter approval in a special referendum on April 23rd.
