Allen Young was pulled over in Erie, Pennsylvania after an anonymous source gave police his vehicle description.

Back in December, police approached Young, a person of interest in an ongoing narcotics investigation, in a parking lot in the town of Ridgeway. Police say he fled the scene in his car, nearly striking two investigators in the process.

Orleans County deputies seized bath salts and marijuana as a result of the investigation, but couldn't catch up with Young.

Earlier this month, an anonymous source alerted police that Young was back in the area, and gave them his car information and license plate number.

Young was pulled over in Erie, Pennsylvania where he is being held. He is facing several felony charges and potential federal charges.
