An Orleans County man was indicted Thursday and faces multiple rape charges in Genesee County.

Scott Stanley of Albion is charged with several counts of rape. The incidents allegedly took place between 2010 and 2011 in the town of Pembroke.

Court papers say Stanley is charged with first degree rape of a person who was less than 13-years-old, and with second degree rape of a 14-year old. They say he also faces two charges of the third degree rape of a person less than 17 years old.

According to State Police, Stanley has been listed on the New York Sex Offender Registry since 2005.
