According to the District Attorney's Office, 32-year-old Solomon Weems accepted a plea deal in January. He is expected to be sentenced to 35 years in prison plus 25 years post release.

Investigators say Weems broke into a Rochester home back in June and raped two women; one victim in her fifties and the other a teenager.

The police report says Weems is also charged with stealing a car, jewelry and a phone from the residence.
