A federal jury on Tuesday found a Schuyler County man guilty of 14 counts of sexual abuse.

Two teenaged brothers and a 21-year-old testified in federal court they were sexually abused and photographed by 62-year-old Daryl Vonneida, whom they met through a church in Schuyler County.

All three testified that Vonneida sexually abused them after having them pretend to kill each other and then play dead. Prosecutors said the acts took place in hotel rooms, the defendant's home, and in his car.

Vonneida was previously convicted in Schuyler County. He faces a mandatory term of life in prison on four of the charges related to the production of child pornography and transporting minors of state lines.
