Hilton Man Pleads Not Guilty to Attempted Murder
The Hilton man accused of trying to kill another man in Brockport Thursday pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Michael Pacheco, 29, was arraigned in Sweden Town Court for attempted murder.
Brockport police say Pacheco stabbed the victim during a confrontation at the Willowbrooke Apartments early Thursday morning.
The man was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. A woman and her two-year-old child were also assaulted. They were treated and released from Lakeside Memorial Hospital.
Pacheco was sent to jail in lieu of $250,000 cash bail.
