Mother Charged With Passing Drugs to Her Son Through a Kiss
Yates County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a woman accused of passing her jailed son drugs through a kiss.

Deputies charged Kimberly Margeson, 54, with felony third degree Criminal Sale of a
Controlled Substance. She's also charged with Promoting Prison Contraband.

Deputies say while visiting her son, William Partridge, 30, on January 29th, Margeson passed Oxycodone by transferring them from her mouth to his.

Partridge had been previously jailed on a weapons possession charge.

Margeson pleaded not guilty and was ordered held on $2,000 cash bail. She's due back in court February 11th.
