The jury heard from two teenaged brothers and a 21-year-old; all three of them claiming the defendant sexually abused them after having them pretend to kill each other and then play dead.

Daryl Vonneida, 62, is accused of sexually abusing four boys whom he met through a church in Schuyler County.

According to court papers, Vonneida asked them to act out death scenes and then he would sexually abuse them as they played dead. The acts allegedly took place in hotel rooms, the defendant's home, and in his car.

The alleged victims testified in court the acts were both photographed and videotaped.

Vonneida is facing several charges that include production of child pornography and transporting minors across state lines for sexual purpose.

All three told the court they were instructed by the defendant to keep quiet about the reported incidents.

Federal prosecutors plan to call law enforcement officers to the stand Wednesday morning and the trial could last up to two weeks.
