Dansville Man Pleads Guilty in Deadly Crash
A Dansville man has pleaded guilty in connection with the death of another man in a DWI crash last year.

According to the Livingston County District Attorney's Office, 20-year-old Clayton Benedict pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular manslaughter, vehicular assault, and DWI in the death of 22-year-old Joshua Stiggins.

Stiggins died when Benedict crashed his car in March of 2012 in North Dansville. Deputies say he was drunk when he got behind the wheel.

Benedict will be sentenced February 14th.
