Man Sentenced for Sexual Misconduct
A Rochester man accused of attacking a sixteen year old girl was sentenced to eight to ten years in prison.
Damien Spears, 27, was sentenced for sexual misconduct and promoting prostitution.
Police said he sexually assaulted a sixteen year old girl in August of 2011, breaking her nose and knocking out two of her teeth after an argument.
Spears will also have five years post-release supervision and has to register as a sex offender.
