Geneseo Man Shot by State Trooper Now Charged With Menacing
The man shot by a New York State Trooper last week in Livingston County has now been charged with menacing.

Gregory Walsh, 21, of Geneseo faces two counts of menacing for pointing a weapon at his father and his cousin.

Troopers responded to Walsh's home on North Road back on January 21st for a domestic dispute. State police say Walsh hit his father with the butt of a gun and then pointed it at him. That's when a trooper shot him in the shoulder.

Walsh was arraigned and sent to the county jail on $10,000 cash bail.

The court also issued an order of protection for Walsh to stay away from his father and cousin.
