Man Arrested For DWI With Child in Car
State Police arrested a man this morning for Driving while intoxicated with a child in the car.
Troopers say around 3:30 Monday morning, police pulled over Brian Beeman, 40, after observing him swerve several times while traveling on Route 490 in Rochester.
When the Trooper went up to the vehicle, police say Beeman admitted that he had been drinking.
The trooper found a child sleeping in the back seat.
Police say Beeman had a BAC level of .21 percent.
