Dennis Biaselli, 38, was arrested in the town of Albion shortly after midnight Wednesday.

Orleans County Sheriff's deputies said Biaselli's car crossed the center line on State Route 31 and sideswiped another car. That car spun off the road, but the driver was not injured.

Deputies said Biaselli's car also went off the road and flipped over onto the roof. He then ran away from the scene. Deputies found him a short time later walking on the Brown Street Bridge.

Biaselli is charged with DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, and numerous other traffic offenses. He's set to appear in Town of Albion court next week.
