County Legislature to Vote on Renegotiated MCC Sports Centre Lease
Monroe Community College is urging the county to approve a renegotiated lease of the Monroe Community Sports Centre.
Under the new 30-year agreement, the college would receive $500,000 of the $1.3 million owed in back taxes. The monthly lease payments would be reduced to $90,000.
The county legislature is expected to vote on the measure Tuesday evening.
