LeRoy Woman Pleads Guilty to Menacing Police Officer
A LeRoy woman has pleaded guilty to an incident involving a Sheriff's deputy on Father's Day.

The District Attorney says Elaina Mead pleaded guilty to attempted menacing of a police officer.

Her husband, Donald Mead Jr. was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon when Genesee County Sheriff's deputies tried to arrest the couple's son Michael Mead Sr. for violating an order of protection.

Deputies said Elaina threatened a deputy with a knife while Donald is accused of continuously slamming a door against a deputy.

She's scheduled to be sentenced in March.
