Victim of Early Morning Shooting Listed in Stable Condition
Police in Rochester are investigating an early morning shooting that sent a man to the hospital.
Police say 44-year old Joel Hayes was found with gunshot wounds to his lower torso on Saint Clair Street. He was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital, where police say he is listed in stable condition.
Police say the suspects fled the scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
