Fire crews put out an early morning house fire on St. Paul Street in Rochester. The call came in just before 5:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Fire crews worked to rescue one person from the building, while neighbors in the surrounding homes had to be evacuated.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the second and third floor before being ordered to evacuate because of a potential roof collapse.
No word yet on the cause of the fire. Crews are continuing to investigate.
The Red Cross says it is helping those affected by the fire.
