Man Accused of Sexually Abusing a Child Arrested Again
A Seneca County man is facing more charges after police say child pornography was found during a search of his home.
Troopers arrested 49-year-old Ronald Spoor of Waterloo on Friday morning. Spoor is charged with possessing child pornography.
He was out on bail for an arrest early this month for having sexual contact with a child under eleven years old.
