Case of Woman Charged in Murder of Husband Heads to Grand Jury
The case against an Ontario County woman accused of killing and dismembering her husband is now headed to a grand jury.

Rose Chase, 32, waived her right to a preliminary hearing. The case will now be heard before a grand jury.

Rose Chase was charged last Friday with second degree murder. Police say Chase pushed her husband, Adam Chase, down two flights of stairs in their Stanley home causing his death. Rose Chase is also accused of dismembering and burning her husband's body.
