Police charged Nicholas Bloom, 21, of Greece, with robbery, assault, possession of stolen property and several counts of grand larceny.

Investigators say Bloom stole several purses from women at different locations over the last week, including two robberies on Monday alone.

Bloom was arraigned in Greece Town Court and was remanded to the county jail on $25,000 cash bail.
