Jonathan Elias, 31, of Webster was arrested by two off-duty officers late that evening when they recognized him from one of the burglary videos.

Police say Elias was involved with the burglaries of at least four local business along East Ridge Road and Portland Avenue.

He is charged with burglary, criminal mischief, grand larceny and petit larceny.
