Police have arrested a second man in connection to a homicide on Saxton Street in Rochester last spring.

Police arrested 25-year old Charles Perkins of Rochester and charged him with second degree murder and assault.

He, and 31-year old Kenyada Peterkin are accused of fatally shooting 25-year old Robert Vinson.

When police arrived at the scene they discovered Vinson lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police also discovered 23-year old Devon Vinson, who suffered from a gunshot wound to the torso. He survived the shooting.

Investigators say the two victims were leaving the scene of a fight when they were shot.
