Canandaigua Police Officer Charged With DWI
The Canandaigua City Police chief has confirmed one of the department's officers was arrested last week for drunk driving.
Chief John Welch said Officer Nicole Kaiden is on paid administrative leave after she was arrested for DWI in the city of Canandaigua on November 23rd.
Ontario County Sheriff's deputies say Kaiden was arrested after a deputy pulled her over for driving erratically around 11:30 that night.
Kaiden will return to court at a later date.
