Sue the T-Rex Goes on Display at Rochester Museum & Science Center

A 42-foot-tall t-Rex named Sue is at the Rochester Museum and Science Center. The exhibit explores the way she lived and died some 67 million years ago.
It is the largest, most complete and best preserved T-Rex in the world. The skull alone is five feet long with 58 razor sharp teeth.
The museum wants visitors to explore the Cretaceous world through the eyes of the t-Rex and triceratops.
"It is a casting of the fossils that were found in South Dakota in 1990. So, it is recent and pretty amazing. It was found during a regular fossil hunt. They were not looking for this of course so were pretty amazed. They were found by a woman named Sue Hendrickson; so thus the name," said Deb Jacobsen, RMSC.
There is also a hands-on fossil dig.
The exhibit runs through January 6th. It's free with a museum membership.
