Sheriff's deputies in Ontario County have identified the pedestrian hit and killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon.
It happened around noon on Route 21 in Manchester. Deputies say 57-year old Isidro Ramirez of West Bloomfield was heading northbound when his minivan crossed the center line and hit a trailer being towed by a southbound SUV.
Deputies say the trailer then hit 35-year old Tabitha Harris of Manchester. She was walking north on the southbound lane. Harris was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies did cite Ramirez for failure to keep right.
