Kodak Patent Sale Hearing on Hold Indefinitely
Eastman Kodak filed a notice with a U.S. Bankruptcy Court to adjourn the patent sale hearing until further notice.
Kodak reiterated it has not reached a determination or agreement to sell the digital imaging patent portfolio. Kodak said it may decide to retain and license these assets as a source of recovery for creditors.
