2013 Ford Escapes are being recalled by the automobile company.

The SUVs are been cited as having potential breaking problems due to improper carpet padding placement.

It appears that the positioning of the carpets could interfere with drivers when switching from accelerator to brake pedal.

Ford has released a statement saying the company will correct the issue free beginning July 23rd.
