Robbery Leads to Shooting on Chamberlain Street
Rochester Police believe a robbery led to a shooting in the city early Wednesday morning.
Police say three men were in the backyard of a home on Chamberlain Street just before 1 a.m. when a man approached them and demanded property.
Police say that a man took electronic devices and a set of car keys from the men. He proceeded to fire off a round of shots, striking one man in the leg.
The suspect fled before police arrived and no arrests have been made.
The investigation remains ongoing.
