Police Identify Suspect in Foot Touching Case
According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, the man who allegedly inappropriately touched a number of children over a two-week period has been identified.

Deputies say an employee at the Barnes & Noble in Pittsford on Tuesday recognized a man fitting the description in the widely-circulated photos and called police.

Deputies say they've received three different reports of incidents of an adult male touching young girls; specifically on their feet. Those incidents have taken place in libraries and a book store. The girls have ranged in age from five to ten years old.

Deputies responded to the bookstore and located the suspect. The Sheriff’s Office confirmed the man in the bookstore is the same person as the man in the photos. Deputies say the investigation is ongoing and have yet to file charges against the suspect.
