When police arrived, they found a 50-year-old man who had been beaten with a blunt object. The man said he was beaten during a home invasion/robbery.

Based on the victim's description, police picked up two suspects.

Jerome Roberts, 27, of Rochester, and Jeffrey Richardson, 22, of Brockport, are charged with burglary and assault.

Both were arraigned in Sweden Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail.
