Dispatcher Facing Felony Charges
A Rochester City 911 dispatcher is facing computer trespass charges for allegedly using the 911 computer system to gain information for personal use.
Thirty-seven-year-old Matthew Gizzi is facing the felony charge after he allegedly used the 911 system to obtain information last March.
Gizzi has been a dispatcher for 16 years and has been placed on paid administrative leave pending an internal investigation.
These charges were brought upon Gizzi after an investigation by the City's office of Public Integrity.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in Rochester City Court on June 19th.
