Two Police Officers Injured During Domestic Call
A female Rochester police officer was hospitalized after a man become violent while resisting arrest.
Rochester police say they responded to a domestic dispute call on Norton Street just before 3 a.m.
The man in the home became aggressive and injured two police officers. One was treated at the scene and the other was transported to Highland Hospital. Police say backup was soon called in.
The woman that called police was also transported to the hospital.
Police say the aggressive man was taken to Rochester General Hospital. He is likely to face assault and resisting arrest charges, among others.
