Bloomfield Woman Arrested Under Leandra's Law
A Bloomfield woman faces felony driving while intoxicated charges under Leandra's Law after allegedly driving under the influence of drugs with two children in her car.
Ontario County Sheriff's deputies say Heather Capwell, 25, was arrested in Farmington.
Deputies say she had an 11-month-old child and an eight-year-old child with her.
Capwell faces charges in Farmington Town Court.
