Sheriff's deputies say Blaise Fallon, 67, crossed the center line and crashed head-on into another car on Route 414 in the Town of Lodi. Fallon was taken to Geneva General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the other car, Mark O'Conner, 45, was not injured. His passengers, Robert Colavita, 55, and Cynthia Colavita, 51, were taken to Cayuga Medical Center for treatment.

Deputies are still investigating the cause of the crash but say Fallon may have fallen asleep at the wheel.
