Lively Indicted by Grand Jury
A Monroe County Grand Jury indicted the Rochester man accused of killing a Rochester teenager.
Twenty-year old DeVante Lively is facing second degree murder charges in connection to the death of 17-year old Larie Butler.
Lively turned himself in to authorities a day after investigators discovered Butler's body in a pool next to his grandmother’s house in east Irondequoit.
