Rhinos Advance in U.S. Open Cup
The USL Pro Division leading Rhinos hosted the National Pro League leaders, the Brooklyn Italians.
Rochester struck first, Danny Earls on the cross, Troy Roberts headed it back across to Tam McManus for his first goal as a Rhino.
Still in the first half and another corner kick, Roberts again knocked it down but Conor Chinn knocked it in for a 2-0 Rochester lead.
In the second half, Masaki Hemmi on the cross, Graciano Brito with the header, J.C. Banks beat the keeper to the ball, as Rochester advances to the third round.
Rhinos beats Brooklyn 3-0.
Rochester visits Major League Soccer's Philadelphia Union on Tuesday.
