President Obama Signs FAA Bill
Hard work has paid off for some friends and family of Flight 3407 victims.

President Obama signed the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reauthorization extension bill Sunday, developed in response to the crash that killed 50 people in Clarence more than a year ago.

The bill will force airlines to hire more experienced pilots, investigate their previous employment more thoroughly, and train them better.

It also requires the FAA to overhaul regulations on pilot work schedules.
