Constellation Brands Files Legal Motion
Constellation Brands is moving to intervene in the anti-trust lawsuit filed by the department of Justice against Anheuser-Busch InBev's proposed acquisition of Grupo Modelo.
The DOJ put a pending deal between Anheuser-Busch and Victor-based Constellation Brands on-hold saying it would drive the cost of beer up.
Constellation Brands' motion to intervene will defend the interests of the company and Crown Imports.
