Kodak Given Six-Week Extension
A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge granted Eastman Kodak six more weeks to emerge from bankruptcy.
The ruling comes as the company announced Tuesday that it had entered into a financing deal to secure $793 million in loans.
The extension gives Kodak until February 28th to emerge from bankruptcy.
Kodak says the financing deal is subject to Bankruptcy Court approval at a hearing next month, which has not yet been scheduled
