A new eatery is open in the South Wedge.
The Zeppa Bistro officially opened in the historic German House at 315 Gregory Street.
The owners invested more than $270,000 in the restaurant and catering company and created 26 jobs. The bistro features entrees like grilled mahi-mahi, Kansas City Strip steak and pasta dishes.
The restaurant is open fr dinner Tuesday through Thursday from 5 to 10 pm. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11.
