Hilton Planned for Downtown Rochester
Another hotel is planned for downtown Rochester, and it will have the Hilton name.
Bret Garwood, from the City of Rochester Business and Housing Development Office, says developers have gone to the city's zoning board for a site plan review.
The Hilton Garden Inn is planned for 155 and 159 East Main Street. That's next door to the Hyatt.
The project is expected to cost $15 million.
