Seven Retirees Named to Committee
Four Rochester area men are among seven former Kodak workers named to represent retirees interests as Eastman Kodak proceeds through Chapter 11.
Court paperwork filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court shows Robert Volpe of Rochester, Calvin Graziano of Pittsford, Andrew Sperr of Greece, and David Beck of Brighton were chosen for the committee.
The three other members are from North Carolina, Ohio and Colorado.
Last month, a U.S. bankruptcy judge ordered the creation of the committee to represent former employees through the bankruptcy process.
