Eastman Kodak announced on Thursday that Predeep Jotwani, the President of Consumer Business, Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, is resigning from the company as of May 31st.
Laura Quatella will assume his responsibilities. She was elected President and Chief Operating Officer on January 1st.
