A new website aims to save Monroe County residents money on their energy bills.

Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks announced GreenMonroe.org.

Among other things, it provides info on federal tax credits, recycling, state programs, and clean energy projects. You will also find links to utility incentives and other money-savings offers.

Residents can also register their e-mail address to receive a monthly newsletter containing energy-efficient tips.
