Guilty Plea in Child Pornography Case
A Clifton Springs man has pleaded guilty to a child pornography charge in Ontario County Court.
Chad Crowley, 26, admitted to receiving child pornography. Crowley used a cell phone to send sexually explicit text messages to a 13-year-old girl back in February of last year.
Crowley received sexually explicit images from the teen and admitted he knew the girl was a minor.
He could face up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Crowley is scheduled to be sentenced at a later date.
