Webster Man Pleads Guilty to Attempting to Entice Minor
A Webster man pleaded guilty on Thursday to enticing a minor with text messages.

Joshua Stewart, 23, of Webster pleaded guilty to using a cell phone to send text messages on two occasions to a 13-year-old to entice her.

Stewart may face up to 10 years in prison, a fine of $500,000, or both.

U.S. Attorney William Hochul urges all parents and guardians to monitor the cell phone usage of all young people.
