Clyde Man Arrested for Tattooing Minors
State Police in Lyons arrested a Clyde man for tattooing two minors at his residence.

Troopers say on February 23rd, Raymond Sepulveda, 34 of Waterloo Street tattooed two 15 year old males. Sepulveda is charged with two counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child
